I just had the same issue on a Mac and when going into network settings (system preferences -> Network -> Advanced...->proxies I had a SOCKS Proxy active (likewise had passive FTP mode on but that should not exist the result). Thanks Joao, but at that place isn't a Arrangement Preferences on PC? I can't see any relative menus autonomously from Net Options > Connections > LAN Settings, of which all proxies are disabled (all boxes unticked).
Dihao Guo MSFT are y'all able to offering any specific instructions on this? It's a desktop btw.

Proxy is turned off and there are no settings specified. Has Microsoft no way of producing an error code that might give more information?
Further, I have no anti-virus and as specified before every bit Windows is forcing my LAN to exist "Public" I take had to disable the firewall. Do yous know a style to force it to Individual perhaps in-case that is an issue?
